This is with WEC Energy Group — one of the largest energy providers in the U.S.

You’ll be providing inbound customer support — helping customers in both Spanish and English.

No outbound calling. No sales pressure.

Just support, clarity, and calm conversation.

💰 Revenue Breakdown

Training Revenue: $7.64/hr (paid while learning)

Production Revenue: $17.00/hr

(Yes — $17/hr for bilingual servicing.)

Incentive Bonuses:

• $1.81/hr extra during training

You are an independent contractor —

Not an employee.

This is work-from-home + freedom + ownership.

🗓 Training Schedule

December 1, 2025 – January 7, 2026

Then Phase II: January 8, 2026 – January 16, 2026

Class Time:

4:00 PM – 10:00 PM ET (6 hours w/ 2-hour self-study included)

No class on 12/24, 12/25, 12/31, 01/01.

🕒 Scheduling & Flexibility

24/7 intervals available

Most activity between:

• Mon–Fri: 8 AM – 8 PM ET

• Sat: 8 AM – 4 PM ET

Minimum Requirement:

4 hours (8 intervals) on Mondays
