This is inbound customer support — meaning customers call you for help with banking questions, cards, accounts, etc.

No sales. No pressure. Just guidance and support.

💰 Revenue Breakdown

Training Revenue: $7.64/hr (paid while learning)

Production Revenue: $14.00/hr

Incentives:

• $1.81/hr extra during training

You will be 1099 independent contractor — you choose your schedule, and you own your time.

This is work-from-home with CEO energy, not clocking for a boss.

December 8, 2025 – January 6, 2026 (Phase I)

January 7, 2026 – January 15, 2026 (Phase II)

Class Times (choose one):

• 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM ET

• 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM ET

No class on holidays.

🕒 Available Servicing Hours

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM ET

Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM ET

Holidays: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET

Minimum Requirement:

5 hours on Mondays or Fridays

(or split between both).
