This is a contract with WEC Energy Group — one of the largest energy companies in the Midwest.

You’ll be providing inbound customer support (no cold calling, no sales pressure — people are calling you).

💼 Revenue Breakdown

Training Revenue: $7.64/hr (you get paid while you learn)

Production Revenue: $13.90/hr

Incentives:

• Earn an extra $1.81/hr during training after 12 hours have been completed and you complete phase 2

This is not a clock-in job. You are a 1099 contractor.

You pick your hours. You own your time.

🗓 Training Schedule

December 1, 2025 – January 16, 2026

Monday – Friday

9:00 AM – 3:00 PM ET

6-hour class (2 hours self-study included daily)

No classes on holidays.

🕒 Schedule Flexibility

Intervals available 24/7

Most in-demand times:

• Mon–Fri 8 AM–8 PM ET

• Sat 8 AM–4 PM ET

Minimum Requirement: 4 hours on Mondays
